COVID-19 PREVENTION PROGRAM
SUMMARY:
1. Monitor hsCRP, goal is to have it less than 1.
2. Monitor serum vitamin D, goal is to keep it over 50.
3. Using personal protective equipments such as masks, avoiding poorly ventilated or insulated indoor environment which do not have HEPA filter rotating the air six times an hour.
Also antiviral treatment such as Holy basil extract and Lemon balm either essential oil or extract would be beneficial as well.
